MTF Explorer Terms of Service (v1.0)

- MTF Explorer is a local-first file/folder manager. It is a paid app with a 30-day trial available via the Microsoft Store.
- You are responsible for having permission to access any files or cloud buckets you connect.
- The software is provided "as is" with all faults and defects and without warranty of any kind.The developer expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the Software, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage, or trade practice.Without limitation to the foregoing, the developer provides no warranty or undertaking and makes no representation of any kind that the Software will meet your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems, or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards, or be error-free, or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.
- By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you acknowledge and agree that you are using the Software at your sole risk. You assume the entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Software.
- In no event shall the developer be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, or for any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to:
	• Data Loss or Corruption: Damages for loss of data, data integrity issues, or the corruption of files, folders, or entire storage systems.
	• System Damage: Damages to your computer hardware, software, or peripherals.
	• Lost Profits: Damages for loss of profits, revenue, or goodwill.
	• Interruption of Business: Damages resulting from business interruption.
  This limitation applies even if the developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and even if the remedy fails its essential purpose.
- You are solely responsible for taking appropriate measures to protect your data, including, but not limited to, maintaining regular and complete backups of your files and folders before and during the use of this Software. The developer shall not be held liable for any failure to backup or restore data.
- Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Oradea, Bihor, Romania
